Recently, Thomas Adams of the US State Department said Haiti would save 30 Million dollars if they choose hold the elections in 2 stages instead of 3.

Prime Minister Evans Paul' REPLY to that is:

"This is a statement that only engages its author and does not concern the Haitian state... Unfortunately, very often, these foreigners make these statements regarding the things that should only concern Haitians..."
