The Haitian Police will be present everywhere to guarantee the security of the Candidates and voters alike...

"Where there is usualy 4 or 5 police officers, you may find up to 30 police officers this elections weekend," Haiti Justice Minister Pierre Richard Casimir said.

Areas that are know to be violent during elections will have even more police presence... Should that not enough to maintain law and order, The special units of the National police will have the capacity of RAPID movement to intervene and reinforce the police presence if necessary, Minister Casimir said.

The police will be deployed in all corners of the Republic, he added.
