According the Miami Herald, Gervais Charles said they are going to the BCED to contest "the credibility of the process..." A process they say was very fraudulent in favor of the PHTK candidate Jovenel Moise.

Meanwhile, Lavalas fanatics are out in the streets protesting the election results which the Lavalas presidential candidate is certain she won.
