Here is the list of people in the commission:

1. Rony Desroches
2. Monseigneur Patrick Aris
3. Emmanuel 'Manno' Charlemagne
4. Mambo Euvonie Georges Auguste
5. Anthony Pascal (Konpè Filo)

The purpose of this commission is to take all necessary measures to assess the electoral process and make recommendations to the Electoral Council (CEP) and parties concerned to ensure the credibility of the elections and that it comes to a successful conclusion

The presidential decree also states that candidates Jude Celestin and Moise Jovenel may appoint one representative each to attend the work of the commission

The commission will benefit from technical assistance composed of national and international experts (EU) and OAS observers to assist it in fulfilling its mission and present its report within three days from the publication of this decree, according to Haiti Press Network.
