Haiti Elections - Laurent Lamothe has NO Decharge - How he Managed to register as a Presidential Candidate

The biggest issue in the case of former Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe running for President was: Will he get a Decharge? The answer is NO, he DID NOT... So how did Laurent Lamothe register as a candidate for President? We have the answer for you... LOL...

Haiti Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe at a Haitian Senate Hearing

KREYOL: Haiti Elections - LAMOTHE pa genyen Decharge, Kijan li fè inskri kòm Kandida a la presidence? Repons la ka Choke-w... LOL... Desann pi ba...

First thing you need to know: ONLY parliament can grant 'décharges' to a Prime Minister... There is no Parliament now what???

What other options did Laurent Lamothe have???

Read this from the Miami Herald:

"On Wednesday, in a last minute legal maneuver, Lamothe's lawyers filed suit in court arguing that he should be allowed to be a candidate based on his favorable reports [from government auditors from the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA)] and the fact that it is not his fault there is no parliament to give the décharge..."

KREYOL: Lamothe ale nan Tribunal des Reférés ak yon rapport favorable ke Cour Superieur des Comptes bali ki di li bat vòlè lajan leta, yon ba li yon mandat ki ekzije KEP a accepte kandidati li SAN Decharge... Kisa ou panse de sa?

From what we heard on Haitian radion today, Laurent Lamothe wend to the Tribunal des Reférés and their judgement gave the CEP a direct order to allow his candidacy since a) he has a favorable report, b) there is NO Parliament to give him a decharge, and c) It is not his fault...

What do you think about that?

"La Loi est dure, mais c'est la Loi."
Les mots du droit:

If Mr. Lamothe didn't received discharge (Financial auditing) from the CSCCA (Cours Superieure des Comptes et des Contentieux Administratifs) yet after he has been resigned from his official post as Prime minister, and Representative of other Ministers offices in Haiti.

Mwen kwe nan ka sa, jistis ayisyen ka prononse l.
Si li jwen otorizasyon jistis ayisyen, mwen kwe li capab, paske lwa peyi a, rekonet 3 pouvwa.

Si palman pa an fonksyon 2 lot prezan yo, gen dwa pou pran desizyon korek e
