This commission will have 3 days to make their recommendations to the Electoral council and the to the government, the letter says.

Evans paul says it is a must that credible and transparent elections be held and all the actors involved must be reassured of the credibility of the elections process.

That is a no brainer!! The problem is who is credible and with enough moral fiber to be a part of this new oversight board?
