Haiti Elections Update -- Contrary to a suggestion by Thomas Adams of the U.S. State Department, the Electoral Council (CEP) said Friday: "There will be no change in the electoral calendar. The elections will held in three stages, the CEP has NO other bosses except the political parties..."

Thomas Adams suggested the elections be held in 2 stages instead of 3, something that would save the CEP 30 Million Dollars... The CEP showed him who's boss in their press conference Friday; however, in the same press conference, the CEP was complaining that there is ONLY 36.5 million available for the Haiti elections that is expected to cost a whopping 66 million dollars US...

Hmmmm... Bagay yo konplike wi laa... LOL...
