According to a CEP official the distribution will be made on a number basis, the numbers assigned to each political party in the elections, from low to high, staritn tuesday and ending thursday 15 October 2015

Recall the 09 August 2015 elections? There was a huge crisis about credentials not distributed on time... The CEP is not making the same mistake twice...
