Max Mathurin replaces Marie Clunie Dumay Miracles for the Legislative branch of Government.

Max Mathurin replaces Frizto Canton as CEP President making it this first time, under Martelly, that the CEP is not under the leadership of a member who represents the Executive branch.

For the past 20 years, there has always been contested elections in Haiti. According to news reports out of Haiti, the CEP under the leadership of Max Mathurin gave the best election outcome or all the rest, although the election in question is the same election where voters bum-rushed the Hotel Montana where electoral officials announced the results of Haiti's disputed presidential election, protestors claimed electoral officials tampered with the results, they swam to their hearts content at the Hotel Montana swimming pool while proclaiming Preval president.

Will the 2014 Haiti elections become another POOL Party? let's wait and see...
