Haiti Elections 2014- Installation of Electoral Bureau (BED) Members Begins

In order for elections to be held in Haiti, electoral offices called BEDs (Bureau Electoral Departemental) must be installed in each department. That's what the Haiti electoral council (CEP) is doing now but, of course, this is Haiti and some political organizations are crying: "Hell no... They are not credible!"

These protesters complain that chosen ones in Sud-Est Haiti are not credible to organize the next electoral contests in the region.

Haiti's Electoral Council is still waiting for the electoral law to be voted by the Senate but they continue to move forward with the electoral process hoping the blockage at the Senate level is over...
