KREYOL: Haiti Elections - Charlito Baker di li fè yon ti kout pye nan Centre Tabulation an, l ap gade yon proces verbal, 5 non moun li wè ki vote yo pa 'concorder'... "Sa vle di pou mwen se 5 vote frauduleux ke yo ye... Nou konnen ke se apati de manda moun yo fe vote frauduleux" Kisa ou panse de sa???

"That to me means, 5 fraudulent votes," Baker said, reminding that many fraudulent votes were made with "mandats" given to Mandataires and police officers who in turn voted multiple times in various voting bureaus...

"I am not at all satisfied with what I am seeing," Baker said.
