A Haitian Police officer was arrested in Cite Soley Sunday, election-day 25 Oct 2015, after an unknown quantity of 'Mandats' (elections credentials) were found in his vehicle... 2 other police officers were arrested for bad behavior...

The 2 police officers ere placed in isolation by Inspection General, we don't know yet what happened to the officer caught with the mandats...
