Former Senate president Desras Simon Dieuseul warns the Electoral Council (CEP) they better hold elections for 19 instead of 20 Senators or face the consequences because his senate seat is NOT vacant... Should the CEP not comply they risk getting a "Papier Timbré" from STILL Senator Desras...

Senator Desras told the Haitian media:
"The CEP president declares he will hold electios for 20 senators... If he ever says that again, I will send a 'Papier Timbré' to know if he does not respect the decision made in my favor..."
"The president of the CEP keep saying he will hold elections for 20 Senators while only 19 seats are vacant.. Don't be surprised if you see CEP members heading to court on the eve or the elections," Desras said...
