These allegations came in the form of street protest in the city of Dessalines where people were protesting against electrical blackouts accusing depute Delva as the one who stole the generators causing the blackout in the city.

Depute Delva, in a press conference Tuesday, said it is not true what they said.

Gradia Delva said funds in the sum of $1.3 million dollars were allocated to rehabilitate the electric plant in the dity but the regional branch of Electricite d'Haiti (EDH) did not want to detach the city of Dessalines from the Gonaives Network.
