Haiti Depute Arnel Belizaire DID IT Again! --- News is spreading via Social Media that Haitian Deputé Arnel Belizaire has physically attacked Ministre Phélito Doran from inside the Parliament building... He was armed at the time of the attack... KISA??? Wi pitit... Jan-w tande-l la... LOL...

Phelito Doran is the Ministre délégué auprès du Premier ministre chargé des relations avec le Parlement (Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister for Relations with Parliament) but I don't think that this is the kind of relationship he was hired for... LOL...

According to news sources, Depute Belizaire confronted Minister Doran over money that was supposedly allocated for carnival activities.

I don't know what was said but I read that Phelito Doran "a été victime d'une bousculade" by Arnel Belizaire who, a credible news source say was armed at the time of the confrontation...
