"All the Members," Lucien Jura said, "came and said in a single voice, that they they want to help solve the political crisis, and they are "Ready to remove themselves from the CEP in order to facilitate an end to the political crisis."

So it seems, Haiti is basically ready for new Electoral Council... Round two of the recommendations is complete!
