Haiti Elections Update -- The Electoral council (CEP) released a note Thursday saying 490 instead of 296 proces-verbals were put away for cases of fraud during the 25 October presidential elections...

The authors and accomplices of these frauds will identified, prosecuted and punished according to Article 171.1 of the Electoral Decree for violation of the provisions of the Decree, the CEP said.
