Haiti Bulletin De Vote Mix Up in Port-de-Paix, Iles-a-Voix, Jacmel

FLASH... All the bulletin de vote for senators and deputes in Jacmel Haiti found their way to the city of Iles-a-Voix. People cannot vote for deputes in jacmel.

No-one knows how this is going to end there was also mentions of mix-ups in Port de Paix as well.
