Haiti - Aristide Lawyer Mario Joseph denies the former president ever received a court order
Former Haiti president Jean Bertrand never received summons to appear in court and neither did his lawyers, said his lawyer Mario Joseph speaking to the press Wednesday...
Around mid-day Wednesday, Mario Joseph told the media:
"I wrote to the judge to ask him is there is in fact a summons so that we as lawyers can follow up... We did not receive it, President Aristide did not receive it, none of his lawyers received it... and they said they handed it to him... and we are here to ask the judge if there is a such summons..."
