This is according to a journalist in Radio MEN FM, Hinche Haiti in the the morning show Konsonmen Thursday.

The journalist says this ministre in question gave 2 million gourdes to a certain Betty. this the money that was used by opposition leaders for car rentals, food, drinks etc...
