Andre Michel is sure of this probability, he told journalist Carl Dieudonne, "It is easier for you, Carl who was not even candidate, to become the next president of Haiti than for Jovenel Moise to be president..."

When asked why not Jovenel, Andre Michel replied: "If there is ONE person who cannot be president of Haiti, his name is Jovenel Moise... BECAUSE 98 percent of the people of Haiti will not accept it..."
