Haiti After the Elections - Do Not Speculate Vote Counts, CEP says

Last night in Haiti, as soon as the presidential election was over, vote counts were being read live over the Haitian radio air waves. The CEP says NO... NO... NO...

There were over 14,000 voting booths across the country, says Haiti electoral council president Gaillot Dorsainvil in a press conference.

He fears that making such announcements over the air waves could trigger riots for the wrong reasons. As a courtesy, we've retracted the early reports by Radio Kiskeya

Question:

Do you agree with the Haiti Electoral Council?

After all... Haitians are very emotional creatures...

I think that a temporaty result should be given even we before the CEP has time to do what they are aning to do. The nation knows who they voted for and the want to know what they outcomes are. To the CEP dont forget that the world is watching

An inside source has informed me that it was decided that on the boxes for the Deputies votes were DEPITE in white with a pink background; whereas, for the President's votes the boxes boxes had PREZIDAN in white with a GREEN background.

A play that they hope would implicate the voter who had tired eyes after waiting.

One thing for sure a picture of Manigat can not be mistaken for

I disagree with the CEP, si elecsyon fini, biwo vot fermen, epi prezidan Biwo yo prezan avec secrete et lot manb cap suveye, mwen panse contage de vot yo ka fet nan chac biwo sa yo avec proce verbal li epi afiche nom chac candida mounn yo vote combien voi yo genyen epi voye proce vebal sa bay BED pou achemine l bay CEP .Si nou ta fe sa pap gen blof, men le ou di mwen tann apre 10 ou 15 jou mwen panse gen ase tan pou blofe vine blofe pep.Men si ou conte vot yo a linstan pap gen blofe ni pote boure paske gen yon ekip ki travay depi nan comansman e bagay la fini cote li koumanse a, le ou pran wap vole pou pote l nan siege social kise capital pandan ke ou nan rout mwen panse ap gen chanjman de Numero 8 ka tounen 800 epi 68 ka tounen 680. lontan le yo bay timounn pot manje bay gran mounn yo conn foure douet ladan pou we, si pa gran mounn nan pi bon pase sa yap bayo wa. verite si ou cre mwen manti mande prezidan Preval avec CEP a paske se rezulta sa nou te genyen nan premie tou Elecsyon
