France To Rebuild Embassy in Haiti
The new embassy is supposed to be hurricane proof, earthquake resistant and bioclimatic, the minister says...
Alain Juppe says...
"The temptation was great to set the embassy on the hills above Port-au-Prince, but we made the choice to stay here to mark our commitment to the Franco-Haitian history and the will of the Haitian authorities to rebuild the old city "

we are who we are for the courage our people had from 1791 - 1804 to remove themselves from the opression of devils.
commenting in this blog and conversations amongst our haitian culture or people that are concerned about enslaement is not enough to stop the world bank. The world bank is the main source of all the oppression in the world.

I read somewhere that France fine haiti because of the city au cap therefore france doens't have to pay a dime to haiti.
as you could see au cap was the only touristic place in
have no argument with the location of the new embassy.
But did I read the reasoning correctly from Mr. Juppe?
What is France's commitment to the Franco-Haitian history?
