Haitian journalist Gary Pierre Paul Charles suggested a few hours before this news that it was a bad idea for the publication of the election results to be linked to a private hotel investment... Knowing full well how Haitians like to link election results to hotels, barging in ans swimming in hotel pools and all... He suggested the CEP headquarters would be a better choice...
