FLASH: Haiti 17 Octobre - At least one government minister stranded in Saint-Marc en route to Marchand
Saint-Marc Haiti, 17 Octobre 2017 -- At least one government minister is stranded in the city of Saint-Marc, confirms a source close to the city's Town Hall.
On the way to join President Jovenel Moise at Marchand Dessalines, various ministerial delegations encountered foreseeable difficulties along the way.
The minister in question is safe with the police commissioner of the city of Saint-Marc.
A radio station in the capital reported the situation is very complicated in Saint-Marc.
