The speaker's name you are looking for in Part 4 is Dr. Eddy Delaleu who along with his electorate "MOUVMAN DELALEU" supported Michel Martelly at the opening of his campaign in Cap Haitian, in the North to Cayes in the South.

PMichel Martelly is leading Haiti's presidential race by a big margin less than one month ahead of the runoff, according to results of a new poll released on Friday.

Martelly was supported by 60.3 percent of respondents, compared to 38.9 percent for former first lady and only opponent Mirlande Manigat, based on the survey which was conducted by Dagmar company among 5, 310 Haitians nationwide from Feb. 6-10.
