Election Results Imminent, Haiti is in state of alert, All businesses closed!

Minutes before the election results are announced in Haiti Haitian radio stations are reporting that ALL BUSINISSES are closed, gas stations closed, and everyone is rushing to go home... Panic...

They don't know what's going to happen after the announcement is made.

The Haiti electoral council (CEP) is nearly half an hour late in making their announcement.

thats not surprising at all. Right now i am listening to the haitian radio and im becoming impatient mezame what is taking them sooo long Bon Dieu, please NO JUDE
