The final CSCCA PetroCaribe report was submitted to Parliament on May 31, 2019.

Miami Herald Journalist Jacqueline Charles tweets: "Long awaited Part 2 Petrocaribe corruption report is out. Are folks nervous or do they think it's just another Haiti report that will go nowhere? By the way it's over 600 pages and the president's Agritrans features as prominently here as it did in his presidential campaign."

Yep... The focus is on Jovenel Moise but let's not forget PetroCaribe money spending started in 2008 if everyone is to be taken into account, focusing on President Jovenel alone is not a good idea.

The fact is, a lot of the PetroCaribe money was wasted on foolish projects. The report is over 600 pages long and it is certainly going something that will be talked about a lot over the next couple of months if not longer.
