Mwen vle rasire tout fanmi, zanmi ak senpatizan m yo ke nouvel ki sot difize sou kek estasyon radyo nan kapital la ke m fe yon terib aksidan jodya se pa vre. Mwen lakay mwen.

Sepandan mwen gen koleg mwen de Lesté, Onorab Depute Jules Lionel Anelus ki efektivman viktim de yon terib aksidan jodya. Mwen pwofite prezante l tout senpati m. Se pou Bondye retabli l byen vit.

TRANSLATION: I want to reassure all my family, friends and sympathizers that the recent news broadcasted on some radio stations in the capital (Port-au-Prince) that I had a terrible accident today is not true. I am at home. However, my colleagues from Lestere, the Honorable Depute Jules Lionel Anelus was did have a terrible accident today. I present to him all of my sympathy. May God restore him quickly!

There was a mixed up in the news News about which Haitian depute was actually involved in terrible car accident that killed 13 people and injured 10. So this clarifies it.
