Aristide Is Coming Back To Haiti Within Days!
What???
NINE days before the election?
Bon Fout!
Fanmi Lavalas spokeswoman, Maryse Narcisse, alerted the media saying...
"He [President Aristide] will be back in a few days... The return is imminent... There is no link between his return and the election..." (source Reuters)
NOTE: Haiti's presidential election is on March 20th, that's in 9 days!
There is no link, Maryse Narcisse says, but Aristide is a former president of the Republic of Haiti who did not finish his term. The argument is that he was "kidnapped".
For him to return less than TWO WEEKS before the election and say "it has nothing to do with the election" is a bit confusing to me...
SO...
Will Aristide return BEFORE or AFTER the election?
What if he returns before the election?
Will the powers that be allow that to happen?
How will just the ANNOUNCEMENT of his imminent return affect that happens in Haiti in the next 9 days whether or not he returns in a few days as expected?

Aristide obviously wants to stir up trouble as always by choosing to go back within days of the election. Not a smart move on his part because it could end up costing him dearly.
I am not advocating for his demise but how much can one country take because of one man?
I don't think the United States is going to sit back and let this troublemaker into the country and destabilize an already sensitive electoral situation just to cause more deaths, demonstrations by his crazed followers, and more bloodshed.
Why now?
I can not understand.
Il est un causeur de trouble qui n'a absolument rien realise pour le pays. Je pense que pour le bien etre d'Haiti, Aristide devrait retourner au pays apres les elections.

The former haitian president, according to the convention of costa rica may be back any time to his native country and I see no problem, but If I were him I would expect after the election to avoid social problem able to disturb the realisation of the elction of march 20th. With his presence in the country, I am sure, his fans will be so happy that they could do any wong thing that could make President Aristide in situation to face the haitian justice and prison.
