One day before, the arrival of the presidential motorgade, a tractor trailer was set on fire and laid across the main road leading to Arcahaie.

So far, 10:00am Wednesday 18 May 2016, the church ceremony is still being carried out; All seems to be going well in Arcahaie...

U.S. Ambasador Peter Mulrean and MINUSTAH chief Sandra Honoré are amongt the dignitaries present for the flag day celebration.
