The former Prime Minister, Jacques Edouard Alexis, literarily launched a campaign against president Preval, his candidates, and the "small group" he says is behind them and whose motive is simply to retain power in Haiti.

Two things to keep in mind...

1) Jacques Edouard Alexis was fired as prime minister

2) Preval again dumped Jacques Edouard Alexis as candidate and picked Jude Celestin.

Is it true that president Preval and the INITE party is trying to wage war in Haiti is Alexis just blowing smoke?
