Jean Bertin Says Haiti's Electoral Council Is Not Autonomous

Tuesday August 31, 2010 01:40 PM ET

Haitian presidential candidate Jean Bertin says that Haiti's Conseil Electoral Provisoire (CEP) is getting his orders from the Haitian government.

In other words, Jean Bertin is implying that the CEP is not acting independently (autonomous)

According to an article in French published today on metropolehaiti.com, "... Le candidat a la presidence... considere que la decision du CEP, de l'exclure de la course electorale, est strictement politique."

Nan bon English, sa vle di...

Jean Bertin considers that the decision of the Haiti Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to exclude him from the presidential race is strictly POLITICAL.

NOTE: Jean Bertin se yon diaspora to wi... Did you know???

In this year's Haitian presidential election...

Diaspora... Pa... La... Dan-l...

Citizen Ship or Plane.... The matter what... LOL...

Tout diaspora pran CARNET...

Men weeklef!
