AFP reports: Wyclef Jean has been definitively barred from running in Haiti's presidential elections, the electoral council said Friday, but the hip-hop star dismissed the decision as "propaganda."... Wyclef di BOBINNNN.... LOL Really... I'm not kidding... Within the last hour, AFP's headline went from "Wyclef Jean definitively barred from Haiti vote" to "Wyclef attacks 'propaganda' that keeps him out of Haiti vote"... They changed the freakin' headline! Anmweyyyyy! To quote the McDonalds's commercial... "I'm lovin' it" Tout bon wi... LOL... Election ane sa-a reellement interesan... Many web sites on the internet are quoting Samuel Pierre, a member of Haiti's provisional election council (CEP), who explains that under article 191 of Haiti's electoral law, all decisions made by the electoral authority are final and cannot be appealed.
