Haiti's Electoral Council has decided to postpone the release of the final list of Haiti Presidential candidates until Friday, August 20, 2010

Why?

Wyclef's candidacy has been contested and his legal team went to court and they proved that Wyclef is legally entitled to run for president.

Wyclef's lawyer Berto Dorce said "Jean's position is pretty strong. He should be on the list."
